Acrobatic apology

I offer this gift of acrobatic longhorn SHINY as an apology to my blogroll peeps:

I am reading, and loving, your blog posts…just more quietly than usual.

I’m pooped and overwhelmed with school stuff and difficult-family-stuff-I-won’t-bore-you-with and also have an incredible amount of work to do around the house before I leave for the summer (fun stuff, mind you, but busy stuff).  I am also trying to squeeze in as much time with my beloved wife (from whom I’ve never spent more than 5-ish days apart in nearly 9 years) as I can get.  I may not post as frequently as usual in the next few weeks, but I’ll do my best.

I promise to be a more participatory blogger in the near future, and I appreciate your continued (unrequited) comments and readership here.

I understand completely. I’ve only been overwhelmed one time. It began in 1973 and I’m hoping it will be over sometime soon.

Just take care of yourself, C. You have no obligations other than to take care of yourself and to get in all the good quality time with the wife that you can before you leave. Be well and take care!
